The Hoshizaki icemaking system is the simplest in the industry. Its CycleSaver™ design has fewer moving parts and fewer cycles, which means dependability, longer machine life and energy savings for the operator.
The Hoshizaki KM Cuber is designed with a stainless steel evaporator, which means years of trouble-free icemaking because it is not affected by caustic water conditions. There is no plating to peel or flake, and no plastic to crack.
The evaporator has oval-shaped copper refrigerant tubing for the most efficient heat exchange. This design produces the unique, pure, crystal clean crescent cubes.
The KM Cubers will produce up to 2,400 lbs. of ice per 24 hours. Stackable for up to 4,800 lbs per 24 hours of ice production in the same floor space.
