SAN-I-ICE™ First Ice In, First Out

Mannhardt Dispensers are made in two sections for ease in handling, with simple drop-together and self-seating joint. Standard units dispense any size cube. Suitable for all brands of cube ice machines (not suitable for flaked, fragmented, cracked or nugget ice). Custom and standard ice storage bins also available.

Specifications:

General – NSF listed, USDA accepted
Ice access doors – Insulated refrigerator type with stainless steel liner and braker channels.
Dispensing speed – 100 lbs. to 110 lbs. per minute (depending on cube type)
Bag size: – 5-15 lb. bag standard.
Dispensing method – foot pedal controlled. Push-botton optional.
Dispensing auger – 2” x ¹/₈” wall 304 S/S shaft with 12 gauge 304 S/S flights. Total diameter 6”.
Liner – 22 gauge 304 stainless steel. Urethane foam insulation.
Exterior – heavy gauge embossede alumiunum or 22 gauge 304 stainless steel.
Motor – ½HP high starting torque standard. Built-in thermal overload protection.
Electrical – 115/230V 60 cycle single phase power. Model “D” bag dispenser requires 115V, 60 cycle single phase power.
Drive – chain drive
Drain – Large 1” interior diameter drain.
Service panel – removable
Legs – 6” S/S. 10” legs/stand optional.
Drip tray – easily removable for use with carts or other large containers
Ice machine drain – pan optional.
